I ordered black chinos worth *** Rs. I paid the amount but the order was not placed. I sent a mail with the evidence of payment transfer. I got a reply after a few days stating that they will look into the issue and reply in ** hrs.
But its more than ** days now I got no solution. I also tried to call on customer care but I got no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
