Order number: SOcb****eac*. I requested please return request this product but they informed me please send back to us because of we not service in your location. So I returned via post after they received my package but they not confirming me. * days after I multiple times contacted them an email and after they said we will escalate to our team but still not refunded my money and still not refunded my courier cost. Careless customer support. They still not reply to my email.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
