Spoyl Online Shopping - Package contains products different than shown

Ordered a six product package from Spoyl. Four products came in the correct size while two of them were really small. I mailed them a thousands of times and even contacted their customer care executives to please help me out. They asked me to return my product. When I filed a return, it showed that the product cannot be returned. They promised me that they will send someone for pickup but they didn't do that either. Asking for help since *th September. Today is **nd, we can all see how well handled this entire case is. They are shameless.
