I have returned a shirt and they credited money into spoyl account. I made the cash out into my account and they told it will be credited in *-* business days. Its It's already ** days and the money has not been credited yet. When I call the customer care every time they are saying that we have technical problem and the money will be refunded in * days. Its already ** days and the money has not yet refunded.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
