Idea cellular company suddenly raised their postpaid plans. I submitted my request to convert my number in prepaid on *nd of March and after that * times submitted my request I have all the emails by company where they said in ** hrs my number will get prepaid but it never happened rather they every time said that as I didnt pick their call my request got cancelled. I tried to port my number then also they cancelled it. I said to deactivate my number than executives said no mam please try once more. Where do I go? If I keep this plan I have to give them *** more per month. I can't afford it.
