In my Mobile I am getting issue of mobile lock screen suddenly not getting when I try to open screen lock no fingerprint and no other things is showing only task bar is showing on top I couldn't able to unlock my mobile then I have to restart my phone and it happens suddenly, I have visited three-four times in service centre for this issue but they said that is software problem it is being solved in next update but it is not solved yet in * months I have visited service centre *-* times.
