- Mobile liquid damage claim delay Closed
Sir, I have purchased Asus *z mobile and Jeeves one year complete mobile protection plan from Flipkart on July **th, ****. I have applied for a liquid damage claim on Oct *th and till today even after more than two months, they are yet to refund the money or repair my mobile or replace it with a new one. According to the terms and agreements, it has to be resolved in ** to ** business days. I have called their customer care more than *** times, they simply say " wait for ** hours, our backend team will call you". I have not received a single call from their backend team. please help
