I had purchased a onida TV from Flipkart and applied for extended warranty from jeeves company. The TV had a technical issue regarding the display and the company has offered for refund deducting the depreciation amount. This complaint was taken * months ago and still I haven't received my refund. My TV has been picked up by the company * months ago. The refund amount is to be around *****. I have attached all the details below. The job sheet, the emails, and all the details regarding the the case and the invoice is attached.
There is no proper response from the company and none of the executives are responding. I have Been trying to contact them for the past * months there is no response.
The amount is also not deposited and also my TV is also taken away.
Need a response from this company. Thank you.
