Hello, i ordered a realme c** form relame webiste. the order was sent through blue dart. on the day of delivery. I got the message of out of delivery, but the delivery boy didn't called me nor there was an otp. the product was delivered to someone named BKA. the company is not accepting my complaint and not refunding my money.
