I purchased Mivi Thunderbeats through the official mivi site on **/Dec/****
When i received delivery on **/Dec/****, the package wasn't looking well. The package was suspicious as the seal was broken and I refused to take delivery but the agent told me it happens in shipments.
I opened the package and it made me disappointed that whole earpiece was used and old looking with not having any charging cable and extra eartips
The Received product wasn't working for me as i work fulltime on my laptop attending live lectures and meetings, it always gave me problem of connectivity on laptop and as well as on my devices
I immediately proceed for refund thing on **/Dec/****,
Got the following email on */Jan/**** with Ticket number ******* as it said to ship the product to the following address,
As i went to bluedart office, they said we haven't got any pickup request so we can ship your product to the following address.
I tried calling mivi support and waiting for *hr keeping hope that representative might take call but i haven't received any update
I emailed to have a callback request on **/Jan/**** and i got email from your end on **/Jan/**** with replied as "will receive call back from team without failed on monday i.e. (**/Jan/****)"
Even after tweeting on **/jan/****, i haven't got any reply
