Following inconveniences occurred listed in the order of occurrence
*. Upon the failure of the bus booked by PVS, a different operator bus (ISRTC) was sent at the pick up spot
*. The journey (scheduled to begin at *pm) started an hour late (*pm)
*. Amenities were not provided (as marked earlier)
*. Poor hygiene (with used tissues lying around)
*. The bus driver was extremely rude and inconsiderate. The boarding was completed at *:**pm but the first stop at a public toilet was over * hours later at *:**am. The driver stopped four times before that to urinate on the roadside without considering the requirements of the female travelers. Despite of multiple requests by many travelled, he was extremely rude and insisted that he will only stop directly at belgavi (the first stop). Post this the next stop was directly * hours later at **:**.
*. The AC was turned off after *:**pm due to overheating
*. The bus broke down at *:**, we were told that a different bus will be arranged in ** minutes but we were stranded for for * hours ***kms away from Hyderabad. Post which the cabs arrived for the rest of the journey
*. Journey was supposed to end at ** noon but now it is ended at *pm with a delay of * hours
*. Raised a support ticket for refund on makemytrip. That ticket was closed with no resolution and the app doesn’t allow to raise another ticket ticket for the same journey.
I request you to consider this as a critical case of mistreatment of customers (especially females).
