I ordered stripe,slim fit polo T shirt online through Ajio.com on *th aug ****. Delivery date was * aug, but they delivered product on *th aug in hurry even without calling on my cell no which i shared on the order. On opening the package, i found two rag clothes instead of t-shirt. The very same day i lodged complaint on customer care, they assured me to solve the issue by **th aug. They asked me to share the pic of package through email which i did. On **th aug, they give me new date as ** aug for resolution. On ** aug they declined the complaint and said it's not our fault that you recieved wrong product.I complained again but they refused.They even said we can't deliver any wrong product as they are error free.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
