I had parceled a DTDC courier from Mangalore to Ramagundam. My tracking number is D********. The package was received on **/*/**** but it was found that in the above package many items were missing i.e Roasted Cashew nuts ( ***g, Rs *** ) and Masala Cashew nuts ( ***g, Rs *** ). By looking carefully, it was found that the package has been ripped sideways, the picture has been attached below. This is sheer irresponsible and complete negligence in delivering. I will never recommend your services to anyone henceforth.
This is fully imprudent and hopeless behaviour. People send their courier in believing that it is sent to the exact destination without any scrump.My mobile number is **********.
