I have placed an order with Zomato with Order #********** and it has been more than a day and a half that I have reported the issue on Twitter but somehow nobody at Zomato seems to care! The order was supposed to contain "A sunny Thali to beat all kinds of blues. Enjoy our delicious zingy lemon rice with some authentic Sambar, subtle Masala Aloo, two fulfilling Rotis and fresh onion salsa" - but what I have received was a joke of it. Neither have I received the "Masala Aloo, onion salsa and Rotis" as quoted but the lemon rice that I have received was a joke. I have immediately taken pictures and have sent on twitter. I still have the pictures if you want! I was sick in bed when I ordered and it just added to my day. I had no response from Zomato from so far. and they do not even have a customer care number to talk to anyone about what went wrong and there is no response when I tried to reach them on twitter. I at least should know how to go about reaching to someone about what I have paid for.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
