Dr. Amrita K filed complaint against Myntra on Nov 11, 2020
I placed orders of different items vide order numbers *******-*******-*******, *******-*******-*******,*******-*******-*******.They randomly clubbed * items into a single dispatch and delivered to me with a Packet Tracking ID ML********** and Packing ID **********. I received and opened the package on October **, **** and only found * items and the other * items were missing. I immediately placed a complaint vide complaint no. IN********************, IN********************, IN********************.
I already have made a number of calls to their call center associates. Their response was very unsatisfactory and elusive. They do not have a satisfactory answer for my queries below :
*. They are not sharing their internal documents/evidence I placed orders of different items vide order numbers *******-*******-*******, *******-*******-*******,*******-*******-*******.
*. Even the size of the packet cannot fit * items I have ordered. I have provided a video for the same to them. But, they are unable to process the fact that * items cannot fit in a **cm***cm paper packet. It was supposed to contain * Allen-Solly Winter jackets, * Monte Carlo Winter Hoodie, * Nike T-Shirts and * BIBA Kurta Set which contained a skirt, a kurta and a duppata.
Inspite of my number of calls, I have not received any satisfactory answer to my claim, on the other hand they have asked me to forgo the claims. Recently, I have purchased products worth Rs. *****.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
