I placed above order via swiggy and * item was missing in the order i.e Paneer royal wrap(worth ***/-) . I complained swiggy and shared pictures with them but in return they emailed saying they cannot refund the amount instead i should give rating to restaurant . I requested them to either deliver the food item or refund , but they are not taking any action neither providing any kind of support over call .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
