Nagarjuna Nampalli filed complaint against Myntra on Sep 16, 2020
I have ordered * products in Myntra and it was my first order in Myntra.
One product was delivered on *nd September and the remaining three of them
were supposed to be delivered in a single package. The package got
delivered on *th September but had only two items. I immediately raised a
complaint for the missing item. They are closing the case saying item is delivered. Attaching the package pictures.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
