Makemytrip.com - Missed flight due to ticketing issue

Case facts:
- I was provided a ticket from Singapore to Hyd via KL on **th oct. My transit time at kl airport was *hour. *
hour is not sufficient time to change terminal, clear immigration, get a boarding pass. (kl terminals are far off and require a local train to be taken). As soon as I Ianded in kl, I was told by local airport official that you will miss you next flight. Nonetheless, I ran, took a train, but missed flight by ** mins (at least)

- Post this, I have * hour conversation with Makemytrip rep who claimed I am lying, and his system is accurate. It was midnight, I was tired and frustrated. And rep continued harping "you are mistaken"

- After much pleading, he finally got jetairways rep on the con call with us. The Jet guy immediately agreed that ticket is wrong and any international transit has to be at least *.*hours. (But mmt continued to insist they have not done anything wrong)

- I finally asked mmt to write a detailed email with fact of the matter. And agreed to compensate for hotel and followup flight. (I have a copy of this email)

- It has been ** days and they have not compensated the money to me. They continue blaming Jetairways.

- Since, mmt is the contracting party and Jet is vendor, I will hold mmt responsible to this debacle. But they refuse to be responsible for this. They only want convenience fee, cancellation fee, etc.

- Big breach of trust. I was stranded in a foreign country with no access to any facilities (airport shuts in the night). Very horrible experience.

- Also, it was my birthday and I had planned to spend time with friends and family

- Next day, we had very important visitors in office. They visit once in *-*yrs. I had a session with them at *am in the morning. I missed a very important professional opportunity to grow

- I need compensation from mmt for additional expenses, trauma I faced and professional loss.
