They provide misleading information on their website about the product features and the assembly time of the products and do not fulfil anything. You keep calling them to resolve your issue but they won't attend to that. After multiple requests and calls from the customer side, one fine day one of their executives calls and says that no we cannot accept your request.
I bought a bed which clearly mentioned on the website that it has box storage. But there is none! What they mean is that just lift the plank and put your stuff on the floor under the bed. They did not also put any pictures of the box storage on the website to con the customer.
Also, they say that after delivery, we will assemble your product within ** hours. It took * days (*** hours) and repeated requests after which the bed got assembled, that too the misleading piece!
