I placed an order on Amazon shopping Application for purchase of gym kit on ** may **** it was showing that order will be delivered by ** June later on * June it showed estimated delivery date as * June on * June they informed on call to wait till * pm product will be delivered but it didn't happened later on * June **** product location shown at Punjab Ludhiana and estimated delivery date ** June **** was reflected until we called customer service and on call we got the information that product will not be delivered due to some transit issue product is sent back to original place and refund will be provided within *-* days but such information must have been informed on the day it happened via SMS.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
