I have made a booking from make my trip. The agent given itinerary on chat and then send me a confirmation mail to confirm and issue the ticket. In the chat he mentioned that the ticket is not amendable but on the confirmation mail he told that the ticket is amendable. Now when I wanted to amend the ticket he says that he told me over the chat but when ask him about the confirmation mail, he don't want to look for it.
As I can always cancel the ticket within ** hours if I was not satisfied with the ticket, because of the misleading information which I sent to my daughter for checking, I didn't able to take the right decision on time.
Please check. The email I received, in * different email it was told to me after the chat that the ticket is amendable.
I am enclosing all the mail received. So I should had believed the chat or the * mail I received after the chat which says the ticket is amendable and need my confirmation to check all is okay. And mail clearly says that this information will be shared with the issuing team to issue the ticket. And this is all before receiving the e-ticket.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
