I had booked a flight ticket and then wanted to reschedule it. I went to check for price on MMT website and it showed **** and when i clicked on pay button it showed technical error.
With the amount mentioned I went ahead with change in my plans, given it was under my budget.
But later I found out via MMT agents that website is faulty and the information shown is incorrect and they asked me around **** to be able to change the date.
I felt cheated because if the website had not shown the amount, I would not have changed my plans. The website is still buggy but they don't want to compensate for their misleading information.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
