I ordered a bed with box storage as well as an accompanying mattress on the Pepperfry website. The bed I received had no bottom i.e did not have box storage, and I was told to instead put a few loose sheets of plywood underneath. The mattress was supposed to come with a free pillow but I did not receive it. I immediately called up the Pepperfry customer service number and gave them all the details they required, including photographs and a description of what was wrong with the bed. However they refused to grant me a return and refund, and I was told that the ‘model design’ of the bed did not come with a fixed bottom. This is clearly a case of a misleading/blatantly incorrect product description.
