- Misbehave from Delivery agent Arpit Mishra Open

Hi Team,
I was ordered two Pizzas today May **, **** from Fingers Magic Funfoods and Order ID **********. I was received the order very late and due to this it was completely cold and due to this I was cancel this order and I received my refund into my account.
After that the delivery agent Arpit Mishra came back into my home and arguing with me, he is very angry with me and very unprofessional on duty, he said that "Aap order Mt Kiya kro Zomato se Zomato ko aap jaise customer nahi chahiye aapne Mera *** rupees ka nuksan Kiya hai aap jaise logo ko order tk krna nahi aata" and abusing me again and again.
I am using Zomato more than * years and never face this kind of issue, If Zomato thinks that customers need to accept order as they received in any condition then we also thinks about this because this is very wrong.
Please take necessary action against the delivery agent "Arpit Mishra", who is not professional and don't have manners how to talk with the customer.
