This is to bring to your kind notice that I had invested money in Alchemist Township India Ltd. scheme of Rs. *****/= (Rupees Forty thousands) dated **.**.**** for a period of * (Six) years with maturity date of **.**.**** towards a “Certificate of Property” for an proportionate plot / villa / apartment in your housing project at Park Avenue, Talwandi, Tehsil: Zeera, District: Firozpur, Punjab, India.
My allotted Customer ID Number is TLL*******
The subject Policy tenure / Certificate of property has ended on **.**.**** but the maturity amount as declared has not refunded still yet after the completion of scheduled tenure.
I have already done so many follow-up and sent reminder to your Company and also your company’s agent at Kolkata but did not hear anything from their side till date. Now the Company as well as company’s agent are both not picking up my calls. Company’s agent is missing now.
When I visited to the Kolkata Office, I have come to know that the office got closed. No one talk about this subject Certificate. Today is , still I have not getting any communication & update regarding my long pending due payment of Rs. **,***/= (Rupees Eighty thousands) and mode of payment.
In view of above, you are requested to return full money back of Rs. **,***/= on priority basis and inform me.
