Byjus learning app - Manager behaviour and forgery

Greetings of the day.
My name is Abhishek Singh and I am working as BDA in Varanasi. I joined here in **nd of April.
I am happy to be the part of this Organisation. I always dreamt of working in this Organisation. I prepared for this job, I got selected because I was able.

From the very first week, when I got activated, My manager Abhishek Mishra told me that you are not capable for this job. He asked me to resign and threatened me to suspend me. But I have never been on *, when it comes to the revenue.
But the kind of demotivation I always got from my manager, I never accepted. I was motivated at the beginning but suddenly my motivation level got down due to my manager Abhishek mishra.
I was always expecting support and encouragement from my manager being in team, I which I couldn't find.

There are lot of Unethical thing he has done which I am putting below.

*. He has done forgery with statement With my leads, which I was not aware about it, since I was new to the system.
I have proof with me.
I have never seen manager like him, just to make incentives he can do any kind of forgery and abuses.

*. I am very passionate to the work and I have always been before time to the office. And I depart every day ** pm from the office, please check the detail on ameyo. Although I travel almost **km from home to reach office. He has never been on time to the office. When he comes to the office, he sleeps everyday in the office on sofa. I have proof with me.

*. He abuses like a hell, I have recordings with me. He even abused in the office. Since Byjus is a reputed company and the culture he is creating with in the system. Which somewhere putting the question mark on the reputation of this Organisation. He is polluting the environment of the company. I have even been the manager in RWA Noida. We work every day **hours a day.

*. He calls me every day to the office, even on weekends, tells me that I will exost you and make you resign from this Organisation.

*. He is biased with team member. I have so many examples with me.
He does biaseness with City allocations, lead allocations, He gives his cream leads to his flatmates.

*. Now he is very happy, and he actually threatened me that I will close your chapter. Because he says I have good bonding with Vikaram Ahuja(super sr. manager) and Rajat Shulka(Sr. Manager) And I can close anyone at time.

Please looking into the matter seriously.
I don't think that Abhishek Mishra is capable enough to get the things done.

I personally think that I can't work under his leadership. There are other BDA's who is also suffering but cant g
o against him.

Please please look into matter as soon as possible.
