I want to share an incident with Myntra

I ordered a Women Kurta Set (Kurta, Trouser & Dupatta)
The package was delivered on March **, ****.
The package was only having a Kurta that too looks different than the photograph shown in the app.
It didn't have the Dupatta & the Trouser.
I didn't know the policy says that if something like this happens, I need to report within ** hours. (I am wondering if a customer is not at home & allows a delivery agent to deliver the product to a neighbour & returns after a week & find something like this, then what will happen.) Instead of reporting to customer service, which is very hectic for me, I placed a new order as a replacement.
When the delivery agent arrived, he refused to take the product & also didn't give me the replacement & asked me to call customer service.
Now they are unwilling to help & closing my complaint without any resolution. I even told the customer service that I will go to social media & will highlight this. But I am shocked to see their audacity of not taking any ownership.
FYI ... Myntra knows that the order concerned has a history of defaults. Still they are doubting an Insider Customer. That brings the kind of Service Level they are providing.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
