Make my trip - MakeMyTrip not refunding my money

MakeMyTrip booking ID NN*************. The flights were suspended by airlines Egyptair and MakeMyTrip cancelled the flight booking as flights are non operational. Egyptair has approved full refund for suspended flights. Even after that, MakeMyTrip is stealing Rs ***** as cancellation charges above the non refundable convenience fees MakeMyTrip deducts. This is broad daylight robbery from us. We didnot cancel the booking they themselves cancelled as flights are suspended. I am eligible for full refund airlines confirmed that multiple times. Non refundable taxes taken by airlines if any is just Rs **** approx per person which I confirmed from Egyptair executive. MakeMyTrip is stealing my money like this. Infact direct if I would have cancelled, the cancellation charges were less than this amount that they are stealing from me now. Rs ***** is a huge amount please check this robbery and help me please.
