The above mentioned numbers are my booking ID on MakeMyTrip.
Airline cancelled my tickets in June **** due to covid ** issues. I checked with airline and they said that they have refunded the amount on **th July itself.
But MakeMyTrip is not returning the refund amount, and it’s been more than * months & no refund received till date.
I have done multiple follow ups with them through various media & channel but all in vein because they do not respond.
Request your help in getting my funds back asap.
