Aditi Chawla filed complaint against Makemytrip on May 28, 2018
My booking id is NL************. I paid the amount of Rs *,**,*** on ** May ****(because on their website, same amount was displayed).
I paid partial amount of Rs *,**,*** on ** May ****(on their webiste ,same amount was shown).On May ** May ****, I sent the mail & I also called them that I want to change my flight of Bangkok to Phuket flight from night to morning for *the June ****.They didn't replied me satisfactory answer.
On ** May **** and on ** May ****, I again I sent the mails and called them regarding this issue. My issue was not resolved . Then I again called them. Sarwar Hasan of makemytrip told me ,he will called me in the evening. Then in the evening he told me , I had to pay Rs **,*** for the penalty of changing the time of flight.
I was shocked, if I didn't get any PNR status on ** May **** , how can they say that your flight had been booked on ** May **** itself.I got the booking card of previous time of the flight which was Bangkok to Phuket flight for *th June **** at **:**pm(departure time) and June *, **** at *:** pm.
It means despite of my so many calls and mails, they still sent me the unrevised booking card of the night flight.
I told makemytrip that if my tickets were not booked on ** May ****, if I didn't get any PNR status on ** May **** then how could they say that I had to pay penalty fee of Rs **,***.
Still I paid Rs **** (penalty fee) on ** May ****. Sarwar Hasan sent me the payment link of Rs **,*** to pay the penalty free. I had Rs **** in makemytrip wallet, so I paid Rs **** (Rs **,***-Rs ****) to them.
Till now, they didn't send me the revised booking card.I also told them I want to change the days of sightseeing, they said Ok, we will send you still I didn't get any response from them.
On ** May ****, Mr Deepak Singh told me that he will send the revised tickets of morning flight of Bangkok to Phuket at *:** am(departure time) and *:**am(arrival time).
Now, Divyanshu of makemytrip sent me the mail he could not be able to fetch my booking id.
I had bought package from makemytrip.
