- MakeMyTrip Holiday Package Refund due to Open
I had booked a trip to BALI. Booking date is **th Jan **** and Travel date is **th March ****. There was no news regarding corona virus when I made the booking. But based on the coronavirus outbreak situation and travel advisory from the government I could not travel. I received a call from make my trip two days before the travel date, they suggested me to either cancel the booking or reschedule. For rescheduling they were asking around *****/- more and a date to reschedule. Since I don't know when it is safe to travel, I could not opt for reschedule. I had the only choice to cancel my trip. I asked them my full refund in the form of travel coupon or money. They told they will try all the possible solution and revert back to me but I am still waiting for their response even after my repeated followups. I am not in the position to bear this huge loss(Rs- ******). Please please please help me in this regard. You are my last hope.
