Due to cancellation of flight because of COVID **, I cancelled by flight with Go Air. Firstly I had cancelled tickets for * (out of *) passenger by using Makemytrip App. As the situation worsen, I called the Airline- Go Air and cancelled tickets of all * (out of *) passenger. Airline has sent a mail to me stating they have refunded the full amount of Rs. **,*** to Makemytrip on February **th, ****, however Makemytrip has refunded me just Rs. *,***. No one is responding to my mails, which I have been sending since last * months to refund the remaining Rs. *,*** to me. I want my full refund of Rs *,*** as it has already been paid to Makemytrip and they are not refunding to me. I have mail from Go Air
