I would like to bring to your notice that the I have made the reservation using MMT website for the month of march** but due to lockdown the travel didn’t happen, MMT assigned a co-ordinator to that booking if I need any assistance I would call to that co-ordinator(Vijayshree) but she was just a mediator or operator who couldn’t help for any query regarding the booking.
I waited for six month after that I got an email from ‘Akshay Manocha”(email@example.com) by stating that they can offer INR *****/-(Approx) as an refund for that booking in which I have paid INR ******/-.
As per Mr Manocha the Hotel will not refund any amount due to which they can only offer INR *****/- as an refund.
Afterwards I spoke to hotel and they informed me that they have not charged a single penny as penalty and Hotel has sent me an email for the same.
Then Mr. Monoacha again called me by saying that it's by airlines they are refund the penalty, i asked its been advised by GOI and I should get full refund, since then I am not getting any response.
I have forwarded that email(Full refund confirmation) to Mr. Manocha in the month of oct** since then I am not getting any response and I have sent more ** reminder to him.But But No response.
If needed I have all the emails and call recordings for all the conversation which I had with Mr Manocha & Vijayshree
