Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - Makemytrip deducting unnecessary amount from a cancelled flight

My flight from Leh -> Delhi via go-air was cancelled by the airlines itself. The airlines issued a refund of Rs. **** and had send me the invoices for the same stating that Rs. **** had been refunded to the original payment mode. But when i raised a refund request on makemytrip they made some additional deductions as "airlines cancellation fees" and had refunded only Rs. ***. When the flight was not operation why there is an airline cancellation fees. And the airlines did not mention anything about it. Makemytrip is simply doing fraud.
