We had booked a water villa in maldives for **th January **** on *st January ****. When we reached there we got to know that the hotel had cancelled our booking on *nd january itself but make my trip neither informed us about this nor did they refund the money. There is no way where we can speak to the customer care representative on make my trip. pls help
