Make my trip - Make My Trip No Refund of amount

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am filling this complaint against https://www.makemytrip.com/ for not refunding my whole amount of cancelled package from their end.

Our Package booked for Andaman in - Rs *,**,*** -INR. (screenshot attached). which includes both fight and land charges, they have booked the flight from their end in GOFIRST airlines, which got cancelled due to recent bank croupy of gofirst airlines flight and due to that https://www.makemytrip.com/.com cancelled the whole booking with promise refund of whole amount.

As per discussion with initial customer representative with reference number - **************** ,
Booking Id- NL*************.

They stated that flight charges would be- Rs, ***** INR and remaining amount would be Gift voucher (Please find the screenshot of the same). will be refunded. Its being * months no progress on it yet.

Now they have mentioned like, out of remaining amount : ****** - ***** = **,*** INR, we will be provided with ***** INR Gift Card

They are not giving any reason for remaining amount, why they will not provide it to us completely - **,*** INR. Which still with no progress on it, after so many mails.

NOTE: THIS IS WORST EXPERIENCE OF LONG RUNNING CUSTOMERS OF https://www.makemytrip.com/

We have already had discussions on phone and (https://www.makemytrip.com/) guys assured us that you will give FULL REFUND ( without deducting anything)


It's hard earned money but they are playing with the sentiments of customers.

I need our whole money back. Please help me in this.
