LG - LG Refrigerator Failure

We bought a LG Refrigerator on **th Aug **** for *****. Since then it has failed twice. *.* years back its fans stopped working, to get them replaced we paid approx *.*k. But since it was Winter time we somehow managed without it. But again in this scorching heat it failed again and this time its Compressor. Even after waiting for over ** days our issue isn’t yet resolved. We and our child are really suffering because of LG company’s unprofessionalism and pathetic customer service. And now we want a complete refund for the product as well as the amount we spent on its service.
