Dear sir,
I purchased a Sony Bravia **" LED Tv on ** Jul ****. There was multiple lines and double images appeared on the screen in jul **** before warranty expired. I compalined to the customer care and the LED panel was changed under warranty period in
jul ****. That time i took two years extended warranty from the authorise dealer. Again the same problem i have faced in Aug **** i.e multiple lines and double images on the screen. Again i called the customer care and complained it. Also i mail to the company and wrote the problem which i have faced again and again. In my mail i request that i dont want to change the panel again and again which i have faced twice in two years and please replace this manufacturing defect LED with new one. But the company replied that only the panel will be changed.
Please look into this matter.
