- Late delivery and careless attitude Closed
My order was delivered very late and support team promised a compensation. After taking the order they barred me from service calls and on chat service they keep on saying ** hrs it will be resolved. Now they are offering public coupons instead of compensation. But they are not ready to accept coupons as tender for their payment. When they took money the same had to be the form of compensation. They are trying make business out of their mistakes.
