i had a high end omen x laptop purchased from HP an with extended HP care premium warranty with ADP for * years.
Every time there is an issue in laptop i face a month of delay citing issues in parts procurement.
the latest being the complaint i raised on *th june, and till today i am cited delay in parts procurement.
I even lost a client as self employed individual because laptop was not repaired on time.
