मी सप्टेंबर **** रोजी * वर्षाच्या वॉरेनने *am impex वरुन amazon.in द्वारे लॅपटॉप बॅटरीची खरेदी केली. नॅबंबरवर नंतर त्याचा बॅक अप गमवावा लागला आणि मी अमेझॉनवर दावा केला आणि दीर्घ प्रक्षेपणानंतर मला अमेझॉनकडून * डी इम्पेक्सचा पत्ता मिळाला आणि मी ** ** **** रोजी मीट बदलण्यासाठी * डी इम्पेक्सवर बॅटरी पाठविली. परंतु त्यांनी वॉरंटी नाकारली आणि पाठविली मी परत product.Afain मी संपर्क amazon.in संपर्क केला तर त्यांनी सांगितले की मी * डी इम्पेक्स अमेझॉनकडून डिनाए पत्र पाठवितो की माझ्या परताव्याची पूर्तता केली जाईल. परंतु मी डिन्डे लेटर संदर्भात * डी इम्पेक्सशी संपर्क साधला परंतु ते प्रत्येक वेळी नकार देत आहेत. आता अडचण अशी आहे की, अमेझॉन आणि * डी इम्पेक्स यांच्यातील एक नाटक आणि दोघेही कोणतीही कृती करण्यास तयार नाहीत अशा प्रकारे हा उत्पाद * वर्षाचा वारंटी उत्पादन आहे.
