we have booked kia sonet htx diesel mt on ** th march **** at jaika kia kamptee road nagpur ,At the time of booking they given **-** weeks waiting period on the slip which is higher side. after booking we continuosly follow dealer for sts but they said this is online booking your vehicle get deliver in **-** weeks. but my booking order is not shown on kia indias site.no clarity of my booking. as they said its a technical issue. your vehicle get delivered in may. but on **th may dealer informed me there is **,*** price hike in same model which i had booked, that too i accept. i had follow up with kia care via mail ( query vide SR *-******** ) they confirm me on **th may ** that your vehicle should delivered as per commited date i.e. **-** week & same share to the dealer also . but on ** july ** dealer informed me via mail that Your booked car is now likely to arrive during the (*th week, Oct ****).if dealer / company inform me this delay in the month of may when i m chassing them i definately cancel my booking & go for other brand but at this time i m in the middle of this cause they wasted my * months if i go for other brand / option they also had *-* months waiting.. Dealer had no transparency they only take booking & deliver vehicle to others for some extra amt. if i cancel this booking they happily take cancellation cause they already delivered my vehicle to someone . pls,help me to fight with these cheater ..& get vehicle on time else they have to compensate mental agony & financial loss.
