I received old and defective Realme buds Q* on **/**/**** from JioMart. It was mentioned as * days return policy so I placed return request but return was rejected on second day saying technical issue and I should contact brand service centre for return/replacement. I requested multiple times over customer chat, emails, tweets that product is still under return period but got same automated reply of visiting brand service centre. I visited brand service centre they told they can only replace right earbud but after * week as replacement was not available for next * week. I requested JioMart again telling I already visited Service centre and what has happened still they said visit brand service centre. It is JioMart's responsibility to provide return when they have mentioned * days return policy and this is a clear fraud where they are selling old products under discount. They should stop deceiving customers by removing they return policy and they should process my return.
