I have ordered some groceries on ** Aug **** and order I'd is *****************A and invoice no ***************
Still today, *rth sept, that ordered items were not delivered yet and in app it's showing order is delivered.
And regarding this order on ** aug raised complaint with jio mart customer care executive, she accepted that " the items were not delivered and it's showing delivered because of technical issues " and she taken my complaint but no resolution till today...
Again on ** aug ****, I raised complaint , and still today I didn't get any resolution from jiomart side..
And today also I raised complaint but simply telling the only one answer every complaining time is " we r forwarding ur complaint, one of executive will contact u by today EOD"; But no one contacted me since *st complaint...
It's requesting u that either deliver my order or refund the invoice amount and that too invoice also not downloadable.....
Since **th , I was so disturbed because of this order, and jiomart is trying to make many customers fools , because of some loopholes of law
I am having hope that voxya can help me out from this agony ASAP...
