I have recharged through JIO app on **.**.**** for ** days plan with the amount of Rs.***/- . But it was not recharged. After ** minutes again recharged through my friend mobile then it was recharged. but *st time and *time both are activated at a time and amount cut * times. i called JIO custmer care. he said that it willbe add for next * months for that you can check in JIO app and he did’t respond properly. so checked in JIO in that i press activate button then the *nd plan also activated. I thought it will be added for next * months . but it activated present * months. so I losed Rs.***/-
