JIO FIBRE - JIO Pathetic customer service and pathetic internet coverage

Sadly i fell victim to the fradulent marketing gimics of the jio fibre executives and fell for the fraud. I was told earlier that i will get ***+ live channels free. turns out it is only **-** and you have to pay an extra to get the others. And once you get the service the sales people will block your number so you can't complain. Coming to the recent developmenti contacted the customer service agent to send an executive as i was facing speed and coverage issues on Jiofiber. ( These folks market jiofibre having speed of ***Mbs sadly never even touched **Mbps. Greedy marketing gimmicks ). I was told by the customer care executive that an engineer will be sent to my home to fix the issue. I got the confirmation msg that engineer will visit on that day, but no one visited that day. This continued for * days and today i received a text that ' your concern has been addressed hope it was good experience". Like seriously how can you address my concern if noone visited my home to check the actual problem it is sad to see such pathetic experience from a brand which recently raised billion of dollars for expansion. After receiving the resolution msg i contacted the service agent again to ask what on earth is going on here. To my amazement these guys had the gits to tell me " sir i can only reopen your concern once you have an active plan " ( my plan experied the day i got the resolution msg ) . I asked the person that i registered my request when my plan was active and it is your pathetic service that the resolution was not done on time and i had to face such issues. How on earth do you guys have the audacity to tell me to recharge again just to experience you pathetic internet connectivity and your pathetic resolution again. the customer executive told me he cannot connect me to senior authority nor can reopen my complaint because i don't have an active plan. I want all the money that is spent on their fake marketing gimmicks and got this jiofibre installed. Very pathetic experience. I want to get this resolved asap send the " engineer ' again and tell him to show me the speed only then i will be willing to recharge or else i want all my money i spent on recharging and activating your pathetic services
