I applied for jio fiber for * months and then I relocated after * month to other place and then i got to know that jio fibre is not available at this area. Then i talked to customer care they told that remaining * months balance will get adjust to jio air fibre just you need to pay ****. I have paid them, next day when i called them they told that we don’t provide this service you need to wait for jio fibre to come in your area. My **** money gets stucked in this process. Pleased get my **** money back asap.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
