Today (**/*/****), I applied for jio fibre connection in my house, Mr Adesh Kumar (**********) representative of JIo Fibre, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (UP), didn't respond to my queries, I did many calls to him, but later he didn't pick my call and I forced to cancel my connection. Kindly take punitive action against him.
