I had Jio technical guys come home to install jio fiber , One week later than they promised me to. After partial installation they asked my parents for otp and they unwillingly gave them so. It was an otp confirming full job was done. After verifying the otp they ran away and refused to pickup calls after that . I cannot use internet or the stb and even worse they made my parents feel like idiots in this tech oriented world.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

Very bad network provided by jio ...when call to customer care he tell me I can resolve this issue immediately but no any changes in network
