- Jet Cancelled Flight Refund Not Received Open

We had booked tickets in Jet Airways through a travel agent on **th March **** for * family members for Del- Singapore return trip (travel in June ****). Jet Airways sent notification on **th April, regarding cancellation of the flight.
We followed the mentioned process for refund (as asked by Jet Airways) through our travel agent on **th April and also followed up with Jet Airways multiple times but there has been no clarity about our refund till now.
My humble request to look into the matter on urgent basis as my *,**,*** Rupees is stuck and I am in urgent need of getting my money back.
